1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77abp ("we", "us", "the Platform", "77abp") governing your access to and use of the 77abp website located at https://77abp.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and payment processing features.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the 77abp platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 77abp platform.

77abp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an on-platform notification. 2. Account Registration

To access any real-money gaming or betting feature on 77abp, you must first register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77abp platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77abp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. 77abp may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued National ID card, passport, or utility bill confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 77abp account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77abp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

77abp supports a range of local payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. 3.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

3.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 77abp account balance instantly under normal circumstances. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average once the request has been approved and all applicable verification checks have been completed. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional identity verification is required.

3.3 Transaction Fees

77abp does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their standard fee schedule. Such fees are outside the control of 77abp and are the sole responsibility of the player.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77abp platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a game is provided by a third-party provider in a different base currency, 77abp will convert amounts at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No currency conversion fees are applied by 77abp on standard BDT transactions.

3.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. 77abp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts where the name does not match the registered 77abp account holder. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in withdrawal requests being declined and the matter referred for further investigation.

4. Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77abp offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the promotion details. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward clearing wagering requirements — some game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance, as stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to track their bonus status and wagering progress within their account.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

77abp takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting a technical error to generate unintended winnings, using low-risk betting strategies (such as staking equal amounts on both sides of a market) specifically to meet wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77abp reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close the associated account, and retain any deposited funds in accordance with applicable law.

4.4 Seasonal and Tournament Promotions

77abp periodically offers promotions tied to cultural events and sporting tournaments relevant to players in Bangladesh — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events. These promotions are time-limited and subject to additional terms that will be communicated clearly at the time of launch. Promotional offers are made at 77abp's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

5. User Obligations

As a registered player on 77abp, you agree at all times to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of the platform, or 77abp's ability to operate its services. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77abp platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 77abp platform as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origin of funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or systems of the 77abp platform.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code to the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77abp staff, support agents, or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with 77abp support.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.

Breach of any of the user obligations set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities. 77abp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

6. Age Restriction

77abp is an adult entertainment platform. Access is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity in your jurisdiction.

77abp may at any time request documentary proof of age from any registered player. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is requested and the player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended until verification is completed.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal that is not resolved in good faith by the player.
• Detection of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial intelligence unit.
• Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 77abp account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77abp will attempt to contact the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the schedule published on the platform, after the player has been given reasonable notice. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will never be forfeited without prior notification to the registered email address.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abp and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or server downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, where those outcomes are determined by certified random number generators.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account by a third party.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) outside 77abp's control.
• Changes in applicable law or regulation that affect a player's ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77abp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases, 77abp's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their 77abp account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
